1.1 The sorting process utilizes a variable frequency motor to feed products into the pushing mechanism. This mechanism, equipped with a servo motor, ensures stable and individual product separation.1.2 The pushing mechanism operates normally when no product is present; however, the machine will not pick up bags under this condition, preventing the waste of packaging materials.

2. Standard Host Machine

2.1 The host machine is independently driven by 9 axes using Inovance SV635 series servo systems, ensuring fast response times and high-precision movements.

2.2 The control system is configured with an Inovance AC703 series PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), coordinated with Inovance high-resolution servos. This combination delivers more stable performance during high-speed operation.

2.3 A large LCD touchscreen is provided for display and parameter setting, facilitating easy product changeover. Key adjustment points are marked with scale indicators, such as the film wrapping position.

2.4 The bag-making and final sealing processes utilize a Delta temperature control system with heating elements, maintaining a stable temperature deviation within ±3°C. This ensures every package is perfectly formed even during high-speed operation.

2.5 Pneumatic components are from leading brands SMC (Japan) and AIRTAC. Motion components are from premium brands NSK and THK(Japan).

A1: It depends. For kitchen towel and household tissue, the crafts and materials are different, (the patten engraving depth is different), so patten embossing unit needs different ones.
