Machine Performance And Feature

ZX660C The overall structure is compact, stable, and reliable, with a small footprint. It allows feeding from both the left and right sides, offering flexible layout options and easy maintenance.

The equipment features automatic and precise box feeding, with automatic alarms or shutdown in case of missing boxes.

When the equipment malfunctions and stops, material conveyance automatically halts to facilitate troubleshooting by staff.

The mechanical components of the equipment feature overload protection with automatic shutdown. In the event of an overload trip, after manually resetting the overload mechanism, pressing the reset button should automatically restore the servo control system's phase (slow return to home position).

The sealing section employs tape sealing to ensure flat and aesthetically pleasing seams.

The operation of each cylinder can be set to manual or automatic mode via the touchscreen interface.

A1: It depends. For kitchen towel and household tissue, the crafts and materials are different, (the patten engraving depth is different), so patten embossing unit needs different ones.
